Podiatry School Requirments
Actual minimum semester credit hour requirements for all of the podiatric medicine schools include the following prerequisites :
| Biology | 8 – 12 semester hours |
| Chemistry (General or Inorganic) | 8 semester hours |
| Organic Chemistry | 8 semester hours |
| Physics | 8 semester hours |
| English | 6-8 semester hours |
All science courses require a lab.
MCAT scores are needed as well.
Most schools also require a letter of recommendation from a doctor of podiatric medicine.
Highly recommended is to visit the podiatry school you are applying to.
